摘  要:针对谦比希铜矿主西矿体膏体充填系统普通浓密机底流浓度不稳定、不可控,甚至出现断崖式下跌现象的问题,通过对现场浓密机进行数据监测,分析了底流浓度失稳的原因,并提出了相应的措施。开展了双系统工业浓密试验,得到了深锥浓密机底流浓度与泥层压力的数学模型。工业试验结果表明,两台浓密机运行能保持泥层压力以及底流浓度稳定,通过“进出料平衡”+“高料位运行”调控措施,即保持出料流量为60 m3/h、泥层压力在204~215 kPa时,底流浓度在67%~69.5%范围内波动,可确保井下充填质量。In view of the unstable and uncontrollable underflow concentration of the common thickener in the paste filling system of the main-western ore body in Chambishi Copper Mine,and even the cliff-like drop phenomenon,the causes of underflow concentration instability were analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward by monitoring the data of the thickener on the spot.The two-system industrial concentration tests were carried out,and the mathematical models of underflow concentration and mud pressure of deep cone thickener were obtained.The industrial test shows that the operation of two thickeners can maintain the stability of mud pressure and underflow concentration.Through the regulation measures of"inlet and outlet balance"and"high material level operation",when the discharge flow is 60 m^(3)/h and the mud pressure is 204-215 kPa,the underflow concentration fluctuates in the range of 67%-69.5%,which can ensure the quality of underground filling.
