摘　　要：目的了解武汉市15岁及以上居民对电子烟的知晓和使用情况,分析其影响因素,探讨电子烟的流行与其他因素之间的关系,为进一步开展电子烟有关研究提供依据。方法使用部分调整的全球成人烟草调查核心问卷,采用多阶段随机抽样方法,在武汉市抽取2700名调查对象,采用华为平板电脑设备入户面对面开展问卷调查,采用多因素非条件logistic回归分析电子烟知晓情况的影响因素。结果在2551例调查者当中,知晓电子烟者616人,电子烟知晓率24.15%,男性及女性知晓率分别为30.02%和18.95%,其中有30名调查者曾经使用电子烟,电子烟曾经使用率为1.18%,男性为2.29%,女性为0.08%;多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,现在吸烟者(OR=2.832,95%CI:2.088~3.841)、男性(OR=1.339,95%CI:1.046~1.714)、高中/中专/高职(OR=2.246,95%CI:1.495~3.373)、大专及以上(OR=2.447,95%CI:1.535~3.901)、在家中暴露于二手烟(OR=1.352,95%CI:1.007~1.815)、在新媒体看到控烟信息(OR=1.626,95%CI:1.226~2.156)、认为吸烟会引起某些疾病(OR=1.429,95%CI:1.108~1.843)、正确认识低焦油卷烟的危害(OR=2.058,95%CI:1.649~2.568)的电子烟知晓率高,年龄组45~64岁(OR=0.461,95%CI:0.268~0.794)、65岁及以上(OR=0.255,95%CI:0.133~0.490)、企业/商业/服务业(OR=0.606,95%CI:0.397~0.926)、农民(OR=0.239,95%CI:0.131~0.433)、在家中部分允许吸烟(OR=0.515,95%CI:0.383~0.693)、家中有不允许吸烟规定的(OR=0.484,95%CI:0.361~0.649)的电子烟知晓率较低,差异均有统计学意义。结论尽管武汉市居民电子烟的知晓率及使用率低,但电子烟流行年轻化,需要引起社会的关注,对电子烟的使用进行健康监测,并对不同人群制定差异化的电子烟政策和公众教育策略。Objective To understand the awareness and use of e-cigarettes among residents aged 15 and above in Wuhan and analyze the influencing factors,and to explore the relationship between the popularity of e-cigarettes and other factors,so as to provide a basis for further research on e-cigarettes.Methods The partially adjusted core questionnaire was used in the global adult tobacco survey,and the multi-stage random sampling method was used to select 2700 respondents in Wuhan,and Huawei tablet computers were used to conduct a face-to-face questionnaire survey.The multifactorial unconditional logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of e-cigarette awareness.Results Among 2551 respondents,616 were aware of e-cigarettes,with the awareness rate of 24.15%,30.02%of males and 18.95%of females respectively.Among them,30 respondents had used e-cigarettes,and the usage rate of e-cigarettes was 1.18%,2.29%of males and 0.08%of females.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that current smokers(OR=2.832,95%CI:2.088-3.841),male(OR=1.339,95%CI:1.046-1.714),senior high school/technical secondary school/higher vocational college(OR=2.246,95%CI:1.495-3.373),college degree OR above(OR=2.447,95%CI:1.535-3.901),exposure to second-hand smoke at home(OR=1.352,95%CI:1.007-1.815),seeing tobacco control information in new media(OR=1.626,95%CI:1.226-2.156),believing that smoking will cause some diseases(OR=1.429,95%CI:1.108-1.843),correctly understanding the harm of low-tar cigarettes(OR=2.058,95%CI:1.649-2.568),had high awareness of e-cigarettes.Age group:45-64 years old(OR=0.461,95%CI:0.268-0.794),65 years old and above(OR=0.255,95%CI:0.133-0.490),enterprise/business/service industry(OR=0.606,95%CI:0.397-0.926),farmers(OR=0.239,95%CI:0.131-0.433),partially allowed to smoke at home(OR=0.515,95%CI:0.383-0.693),prohibited to smoke at home(OR=0.484,95%CI:0.361-0.649)had low awareness of e-cigarettes,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Although the awareness rate and use rate of e-cigarettes
