摘  要:针对具有多源信息、多目标、多约束条件特征的输电线路径选线问题,该文提出了一种耦合多源地理信息和改进遗传算法的输电线路智能选线算法。以输电线路智能选线为目标,综合考虑路径长度、地理综合成本、路径连贯性、规避障碍物等约束条件构建智能选线模型,在综合分析多源地理信息及输电线路设计规范基础上,采用地理信息技术栅格叠加分析方法和三角模糊数层次分析法获得地理综合成本;采用自适应交叉、变异算子改进传统遗传算法,合理控制搜索范围,有效避免局部最优。以贵州省遵义市东南部地区为实验区开展的实验结果表明:该文所提算法获得的输电线路径方案,不仅能缩短路径线路总长度,而且能够有效降低路径地理综合成本。研究结果验证了该文所提出模型的有效性和可行性,可应用于输电线路径的数字化、智能化选线工作。Aiming at the problem of transmission line route selection with the characteristics of multi-source information,multi-objective and multi-constraint conditions,this paper proposed an intelligent transmission line route selection algorithm coupled with multi-source geographic information and improved genetic algorithm.Aiming at the intelligent selection of transmission line,an intelligent line selection model was constructed by comprehensively considering the constraints such as path length,geographic comprehensive cost,path continuity,and obstacle avoidance.Based on a comprehensive analysis of multi-source geographic information and transmission line design specifications,using the geographic information science(GIS)raster overlay analysis method and the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method to obtain the comprehensive geographical cost;The adaptive crossover and mutation operator was used to improve the traditional genetic algorithm,the search range was reasonably controlled,and the local optimum was effectively avoided;the final experimental results conducted in the southeastern area of Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,showed that the transmission line path scheme obtained by the algorithm proposed in this paper could not only shorten the total length of the path line,but also effectively reduced the geographically integrated cost of the path.The research results verified the validity and feasibility of the model proposed in this paper,which coul be applied to the digital and intelligent route selection of transmission line paths.
