摘 要:近年来,由于复杂路网下高速铁路需跨越江河湖海,大跨度钢桁架桥不断涌现。大跨度钢桁架梁纵向伸缩量大且变位复杂,接触网在设计过程中应充分考虑钢桁架梁的伸缩与变位特征对其产生的影响,研究大跨度钢桁架桥梁接触网设计多因素配合机理和数学计算,以确保高速铁路大跨度钢桁架桥上接触网的正常、安全工作。通过对大跨度钢桁架桥梁体纵向伸缩与接触网锚段布置配合间的跨度、温度、锚段补偿方向等关键因素数据进行分类,采用多因素敏感性分析的方法,推导出接触网张力补偿装置在钢桁架梁伸缩及线涨伸缩共同作用下坠砣最大行程变化量、补偿装置b值与a值安装曲线等计算公式。通过典型工况计算对比发现,缩短锚段长度能有效改善钢梁伸缩对接触网影响;采用对比法研究大跨度钢桁架桥在不同接触网锚段布置方式下钢梁伸缩对张力补偿装置的影响大小,提出了720 m以下、720~849 m、850~1 900 m及1 900 m以上4种不同跨度钢桁架桥的接触网最优锚段布置方式。本文相关研究及计算公式可为高速铁路大跨度钢桁架桥上接触网平面布置、张力补偿装置安装参数选用等关键技术提供一定理论支持。The high-speed railway needs to cross rivers,lakes,and seas in a complex railway network,and long-span steel truss bridges have been emerging in recent years.Long-span steel truss bridges have large longitudinal expansion and complex displacement,so the influence of expansion and displacement of long-span steel truss bridges shall be fully considered in the design of Overhead Contact System(OCS),and the multi-factor coordination mechanism and mathematical calculation of OCS design shall be studied to ensure the normal and safe operation of OCS on the long-span steel truss bridge of high-speed railway.By classifying the key factors such as span,temperature,and compensation direction between the longitudinal expansion and contraction of long-span steel truss bridge and the anchor section layout plan of the OCS,and using the method of multi-factor sensitivity analysis,the calculation formulas such as maximum working range of balance weight,b value,and a value installation curve are derived under the joint action of expansion and contraction of steel truss bridges and conductors.It is concluded that shortening the length of the anchor section can effectively mitigate the influence of steel beam expansion on the OCS by calculating and comparing the typical working conditions.Using the comparison method and studying the influence of steel beam expansion and contraction on tension compensation device under different layout plan of OCS on the long-span steel bridges,The optimal layout plan of OCS for four different span steel truss bridges below 720 m,720~849 m,850~1900 m and above 1900 m are proposed.The relevant research and calculation formula in this paper can provide theoretical support for such key technologies as the layout plan of OCS and the selection of installation parameters of tension compensation devices on the long-span steel truss bridge of high-speed railway.
