摘  要:带上盖物业开发的城市轨道交通车辆段、停车场等TOD(Transit-oriented Development,以公共交通为导向的开发)项目为大势所趋,日益增多。为实现带上盖物业开发的轨道交通咽喉区限界及柱网的自动设计,提高设计单位生产效率和设计文件质量,首先,在综合分析咽喉区限界和柱网布置特点的基础上,明确软件的功能需求和所涉及的理论基础。其次,基于模块化设计思想,融合计算机技术和AutoCAD二次开发技术构建咽喉区限界及柱网设计软件整体框架。利用Microsoft Visual Studio编译平台对设计软件开发完成后,详细分析各部分功能组成及具体设计任务的实现方法。最后,对软件典型业务及容错性、安全性、易用性和操作响应时间等性能进行测试,并以某轨道交通咽喉区为例,将限界及柱网的软件自动设计结果同人工精细化设计结果进行对比分析。结果表明:所开发的软件性能优良,自动设计结果可靠度高,能够有效提高轨道交通咽喉区工程设计的效率和准确度。Transit-oriented development projects such as urban rail transit depot and parking lot with covered property development are the general trend and increasing day by day.In order to realize the automatic design of gauge and column network in the throat area of rail transit developed with upper cover property,and improve the production efficiency and design document quality of the design institute,the functional requirements and theoretical basis of the software are clarified based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of throat gauge and column grid layout.Then,based on the modular design idea,the overall framework of throat area gauge and column grid design software is constructed by integrating computer technology and AutoCAD secondary development technology.After the software development is completed with Microsoft Visual Studio compilation platform,the functional composition of each part and the implementation method of specific design tasks are analyzed in detail.Finally,the typical business,fault tolerance,safety,ease of use and operation response time of the software are tested.With reference to the throat area of a rail transit,the software automatic design results of gauge and column network are compared with those of the manual fine design.The results show that the developed software has excellent performance and high reliability of automatic design results,which can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of engineering design of the throat area of rail transit.
