摘  要:本文中作者引入5G NB-IoT物联技术设计了变压器油水冷却器的远程管控系统。介绍了油水冷却器的系统流程及管控需求;从基本控制功能、云端管控功能、系统构架等方面设计了远程智能管控系统;采用RM500Q设计了5G NB-IoT接口模块,通过S7协议和MQTT协议将油水冷却控制系统接入云端系统;提出了基于字典学习的冷却器性能预警方法,设计了管控系统的云端功能模块,并呈现了油水冷却智能管控系统的Web页面和APP界面。With 5G NB-loT,the remote management and control systems for coolers of power transformers are designed.The flowchart,management and control requirements of oil water coolers are analyzed.Then,the remote management and control systems are designed from the aspects of basic control functions,remote functions of manage-ment and control deployed in clouds and the system frameworks.RM500Q is employed to design the 5G NB-loT interface module,which connects field control system of oil water coolers with clouds using S7 and MQTT protocols.A dictionary learning based cooling performance warning method is proposed for oil water coolers.Finally,the func-tional blocks are coded and tested in cloud;and the Web pages and the Android APP are presented.
