摘　　要：异叶青兰(Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth.)为唇形科青兰属多年生草本植物,是民族地区常用藏药材,具有平肝、败火、治黄疸、抗病毒等功效。异叶青兰含有丰富的化学成分,而这些成分赋予了异叶青兰多重的药理活性。现代研究结果表明,该植物中含有黄酮、挥发油、生物碱、三萜、甾体、木脂素、多糖等多种化学成分,具有显著的抗氧化、抗炎、心血管保护、护肝、降血糖、抗菌等方面的活性作用。本文作者对异叶青兰化学成分以及药理作用的相关研究进展进行了综述,以期为该植物的研究和开发提供一定的参考。Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth is a perennial herb belonging to the genus Dracocephalum L.of the family Lamiaceae,which is commonly used as Tibetan medicinal material in ethnic areas.The plant is rich in chemical components,which make it exhibit multiple pharmacological activities.Modern researches showed that the plant contains flavonoids,volatile oil,alkaloids,triterpenoids,steroids,lignans,polysaccharides and other chemical components,and it displays significant pharmacological activity including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,cardiovascular protection,liver protection,hypoglycemic,antibacterial and other func-tions.In this paper,the chemical components and pharmacologic effects of D.heterophyllum Benth were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research and development of this plant.
