摘  要:为了提高石油开采设备运行的安全性,降低石油开采工程中设备存在的安全风险隐患,应用小波分析法,设计了石油开采设备故障远程监测方法。首先采集设备故障数据,然后根据采集到的数据,选取设备故障远程监测指标,最后基于小波分析实现石油开采设备故障远程监测。实验证明,新的设备故障远程监测方法在故障特征逐层深入的情况下,各项监测结果的准确率较高,均在97%以上,较传统监测方法相比更加具有优势。In order to improve the operation safety of oil extraction equipment and reduce the hidden safety risks of equipment in oil extraction engineering, the wavelet analysis method is used to design a remote monitoring method for oil extraction equipment faults. Firstly, the equipment fault data is collected, then according to the collected data, the remote monitoring indicators of equipment faults are selected, and finally the remote monitoring of oil extraction equipment faults is realized based on wavelet analysis. Experiments have shown that the new remote monitoring method for equipment faults has a high accuracy rate of each monitoring result when the fault characteristics are deepened layer by layer, which is more than 97%, which is more advantageous than the traditional monitoring method.
