摘 要:目的分析2015—2021年中山市轮状病毒腹泻流行特征,为轮状病毒腹泻防控提供依据。方法收集2015—2021年中山市轮状病毒腹泻病例资料进行描述性流行病学特征分析。结果2015—2021年中山市累计报告轮状病毒腹泻病例15650例,无死亡病例报告,年均报告发病率为65.17/10万,其中2018年发病率最高,为112.42/10万;冬春季(12月—次年4月)高发;西北片区发病率最高,为91.31/10万;男性发病率为71.43/10万,高于女性的57.98/10万;发病主要集中在5岁以下儿童,其中2岁以下婴幼儿发病率最高,为2127.51/10万,且发病率随年龄增长呈下降趋势;儿童病例中以散居儿童占比最高,为86.75%。结论中山市轮状病毒腹泻流行季为冬春季,2岁以下散居儿童是高发人群。建议各级宣传部门需进一步加强对重点人群开展关于轮状病毒腹泻的防控知识宣传,提高该人群的轮状病毒疫苗接种率,降低该疾病的发生率。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of rotavirus diarrhea in Zhongshan city from 2015 to 2021,and to provide reference for its prevention and control.Methods Data of rotavirus diarrhea cases in Zhongshan city from 2015 to 2021 were collected for descriptive epidemiological analysis.Results From 2015 to 2021,a total of 15650 cases of rotavirus diarrhea were reported in Zhongshan city,and no death case was reported.The average annual reported incidence was 65.17/100000,with the highest incidence(112.42/100000)in 2018.Winter and spring(December to April of the following year)had high incidence.The highest incidence rate was in the northwest region(91.31/100000).Men had higher incidence(71.43/100000)than women(57.98/100000).The incidence was mainly concentrated in children under 5 years old,with the highest incidence of infants under 2 years old(2127.51/100000).The proportion of rotavirus diarrhea decreased with age,and children living at home had the highest proportion(86.75%).Conclusion The epidemic season of rotavirus diarrhea in Zhongshan city is winter and spring,and children under 2 living at home are the high-risk population.It is suggested that publicity departments at all levels need to further strengthen the publicity of knowledge on prevention and control of rotavirus diarrhea among key groups,improve the vaccination level of the population,and reduce the incidence of the disease.
