摘　　要：目的探讨“贫困地区儿童营养改善试点项目”对广西贫困地区5岁以下儿童生长发育的促进作用。方法以广西2018年新增的45个项目县(市、区)及57个非项目县(市、区)作为研究对象,统计2018—2021年项目实施情况。根据《广西7岁以下儿童保健和健康情况年报表》收集2017—2021年两个区域5岁以下儿童的生长发育指标数据,分析上述指标的变化及差异。结果2017—2021年,项目县(市、区)与非项目县(市、区)的5岁以下儿童低体重率、生长迟缓率、消瘦率、贫血率、中重度贫血率总体均呈下降趋势(均P<0.05)。项目县(市、区)上述指标的年均增长率分别为-7.3%、-13.1%、-3.4%、-22.5%、-24.0%,分别是非项目县(市、区)的1.2、1.2、1.5、1.1、0.94倍。2021年,项目县(市、区)5岁以下儿童低体重率、消瘦率、贫血率均低于非项目县(市、区)(均P<0.05)。结论“贫困地区儿童营养改善试点项目”对广西贫困地区5岁以下儿童的生长发育有明显的改善作用。Objective To explore the facilitated effect of"pilot project to improve children′s nutrition in poor areas"on growth and development of children under 5 years old in poor areas of Guangxi.Methods The 45 new project counties(cities,districts)and 57 non-project counties(cities,districts)in Guangxi in 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the project implementation from 2018 to 2021 was statistically analyzed.According to the Annual Report of Hygiene and Health Status of Children under 7 Years Old in Guangxi,the growth and development index data of children under 5 years old in the two regions from 2017 to 2021 were collected,and the changes and differences of the aforesaid indices were analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2021,the underweight rate,growth retardation rate,emaciation rate,anemia rate,and moderate to severe anemia rate of children under 5 years old in project counties(cities,districts)and non-project counties(cities,districts)presented as an overall downward trend(all P<0.05).The average annual growth rates of the aforementioned indices in the project counties(cities,districts)were-7.3%,-13.1%,-3.4%,-22.5%,and-24.0%,respectively,which were 1.2,1.2,1.5,1.1 and 0.94 times of those in the non-project counties(cities,districts),respectively.In 2021,the underweight rate,emaciation rate and anemia rate of children under 5 years old in the project counties(cities,districts)were lower than those in the non-project counties(cities,districts)(all P<0.05).Conclusion The"pilot project to improve children′s nutrition in poor areas"exerts significantly improvements on growth and development of children under 5 years old in poor areas of Guangxi.
