摘　　要：目的调查鼻咽癌放化疗患者的自我怜悯现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取200例鼻咽癌放化疗患者作为研究对象,收集其一般资料。采用自我怜悯量表(SCS)、亲密关系体验(ECR)量表、接纳与行动量表第2版(AAQ-Ⅱ)、Herth希望量表分别调查患者的自我怜悯水平、成人依恋水平、经验回避水平、希望水平。比较不同特征患者的SCS总分,并分析患者SCS总分与ECR量表得分、AAQ-Ⅱ得分、Herth希望量表得分的相关性。采用多重线性回归模型分析患者SCS总分的影响因素。结果鼻咽癌放化疗患者的SCS总分为(80.51±9.38)分,不同的文化程度、职业类型、家庭人均月收入、放疗次数、目前存在的放化疗毒副反应数量的患者之间的SCS总分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。患者的SCS总分与ECR量表各维度得分、AAQ-Ⅱ得分呈负相关,而与Herth希望量表及其3个维度得分均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示,职业类型、目前存在放化疗毒副反应数量、ECR量表的依恋焦虑维度及依恋回避维度得分、AAQ-Ⅱ得分及Herth希望量表总分是患者SCS总分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌放化疗患者的自我怜悯水平处于中等水平,应多关注职业为农民、放化疗毒副反应数量较多患者的自我怜悯水平。可通过降低依恋焦虑、依恋回避及经验回避程度,以及提升希望水平,来改善鼻咽癌放化疗患者的自我怜悯水平。Objective To investigate the current status of self-compassion in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 200 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemoradiotherapy were selected as the research subjects,and their general data were collected.The levels of self-compassion,adult attachment,experience avoidance,and hope of patients were investigated by using Self-Compassion Scale(SCS),Experience in Close Relationships(ECR)scale,and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ(AAQ-Ⅱ),and Herth hope scale,respectively.The total score of SCS were compared between the patients with different characteristics.The correlation of SCS total score of patients with ECR scale score,AAQ-Ⅱscore,and Herth hope scale score of patients was analyzed.The influencing factors for patients′SCS total score were analyzed by employing multivariate linear regression model.Results The SCS total score of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemoradiotherapy was(80.51±9.38),and there was statistically significant difference in SCS total score between the patients with different educational levels,occupation types,per capita monthly household incomes,radiotherapy frequency,and number of toxic and side effects of chemoradiotherapy at present(all P<0.05).The SCS total score of patients negatively correlated with scores of various dimensions in ECR scale and AAQ-Ⅱscore,whereas positively correlated with Herth hope scale and its scores of 3 dimensions(all P<0.05).The multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that occupation type,the number of toxic and side effects of chemoradiotherapy at present,scores of attachment anxiety dimension and attachment avoidance dimension in ECR scale,AAQ-Ⅱscore,and Herth hope scale total score were the influencing factors for patients′SCS total score(all P<0.05).Conclusion The self-compassion level of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing chemoradiotherapy is at a medium level.More attention should be paid to
