摘　　要：在公立医院高质量发展的大背景下,各级医院需摒弃粗放的管理理念,对现有管理体系进行创新,切实提高医院服务能力。江苏省淮安市某三甲医院积极探索和推动医院高质量发展,落实医疗质量规范、强化服务内涵,以优质的医疗服务让人民群众满意,以培养人才作为可持续发展的坚强后盾。医院在医疗质量与安全、单病种质量管理水平、省级紧急医学救援基地建设、医疗集团同质化管理、院内服务流程的改善、基础设施建设、人才培养等方面都有了较大进步,医疗服务能力不断提高,为建设长三角北部现代化中心城市、打造苏北医疗高地作出了积极贡献。Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,hospitals at all levels need to abandon extensive management concepts,innovate existing management systems,and effectively improve hospital service capabilities.A thirdclass hospital in Huai’an,Jiangsu Province is actively exploring and promoting the high-quality development of the hospital,implementing the medical quality standard,strengthening the service connotation,satisfying the people with high-quality medical services,and cultivating talents as the strong backing of sustainable development.Thanks to these efforts,the hospital has made great progress in medical quality and safety,quality-management level of single disease,construction of provincial emergency medicalrescue base,homogeneous management of medical groups,improvement of hospital service flow,infrastructure construction and personnel training,and its medical service capacity has been continuously improved,making positive contributions to building a modern central city in the northern part of the Yangtze River Delta and building a medical highland in northern Jiangsu.
