面向突发群体伤应急救治事件的医院应急管理弹性能力研究

摘　　要：突发群体伤应急救治事件是已经发生的对人们身体造成的群体性损害,而医院作为应对突发应急救治事件的首要组成部分,其中医院的应急管理能力对于群体伤应急方面起到了关键性作用,可以为患者提供医疗服务以及心理支持。由于该事件发生时,患者量会骤然增多,同时病情均较急,需要短时间内对其进行相应的紧急应对措施,因此建立科学的应急救治体系、建立完整的组织架构、制订详尽的人员分工及执掌、定期进行员工的培训及模拟演练、以及事后的评价体系,在突发群体伤的应急事件发生时,缩短反应时间、提升抢救成功率对提升医院应急管理能力就显得尤为重要。Emergency treatment of group injuries is the group damage to people’s bodies that has occurred.As the primary component of emergency treatment,hospital’s emergency management ability plays a key role in group injury emergency,providing medical services and psychological support for patients.Since the number of patients will increase suddenly when this incident occurs,and their conditions are urgent,corresponding emergency response measures should be taken in a short time.Therefore,a scientific emergency treatment system,a complete organizational structure,detailed division of labor and management of personnel,regular staff training and simulation exercises,and a post-evaluation system should be established.In the event of Emergency treatment of group injuries,it is particularly important to shorten the response time and improve the success rate of rescue to improve the emergency management ability of the hospital.
