摘　　要：目的早产已经成为一个全球性的公共卫生问题,也是我国婴儿死亡的首位死因。探索利益相关者协同治理理论在多院区妇幼保健机构早产儿救治体系构建研究中的适用性,为具有多院区的妇幼保健机构早产儿急诊急救体系建设提供参考。方法从多院区妇幼保健机构利益相关者协同治理理论视角,探讨早产儿救治体系构建及协同运行实践。结果基于利益相关者协同治理理论,对早产儿急诊急救体系进行分析,理顺各院区之间的关系,明确早产儿救治利益相关者,提出构建早产儿救治体系策略。结论运用利益相关者协同治理理论研究多院区妇幼保健机构早产儿救治体系具有较强的适用性,能为具有多院区的妇幼保健机构后期建立早产儿急诊急救体系构建标准提供借鉴与参考。Objective Preterm birth has become a global public health problem and the leading cause of infant mortality in China.To explore the applicability of collaborative stakeholder governance theory in the study of constructing a system for the treatment of premature babies in multi-district maternal and child health institutions,and to provide a reference for the construction of an emergency system for the emergency treatment of premature babies in maternal and child health institutions with multi-district hospitals.Methods Exploring the construction of a system for the treatment of premature infants and the practice of collaborative operation from a theoretical perspective of collaborative stakeholder governance in multi-district maternal and child health institutions.Results Based on the theory of collaborative stakeholder governance,the emergency system for preterm infants was analyzed,the relationship between the various hospital districts was rationalized,the stakeholders in the treatment of preterm infants were clarified,and strategies for constructing the system for the treatment of preterm infants were proposed.Conclusion The application of the theory of collaborative stakeholder governance to study the system of emergency care for premature infants in multi-district maternal and child health care institutions has strong applicability and can provide reference for the establishment of a standard of emergency care system for premature infants in multidistrict maternal and child health care institutions at a later stage.
