稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗伴长RR间期的心房颤动合并慢性心力衰竭的效果  

Effect of Wenxin Granules Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation and Chronic Heart Failure with Long RR Interval

摘　　要：目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗伴长RR间期的心房颤动(AF)合并慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果及对患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取佳木斯市中心医院2020年1月-2021年1月收治的98例伴长RR间期的AF合并CHF患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。两组均采用对症支持治疗,对照组加用胺碘酮治疗,观察组加用稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮治疗。比较两组疗效、左室射血分数(LVEF)、最长间歇时间、长RR间歇次数、心功能分级、血清白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果:观察组总有效率(89.80%)高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组LVEF高于对照组,最长间歇时间短于对照组、长RR间歇次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组心功能分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清IL-1、IL-6、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮能提高治疗AF合并CHF伴长RR间期效果,缩短长间歇,提高LVEF,改善心功能,抑制炎症反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Amiodarone in the treatment of atrial fibrillation(AF)complicated with chronic heart failure(CHF)with long RR interval and its effect on the levels of serum inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 98 patients with AF and CHF with long RR interval who were admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with symptomatic supportive treatment,the control group was additionally treated with Amiodarone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Wenxin Granules combined with Amiodarone.The efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),longest interval time,number of long RR intervals,cardiac function grade,serum interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6)and hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate(89.80%)in the observation group was higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of observation group was higher than that of control group,the longest intermittent time was shorter than that of control group,the number of long RR intermittent times was less than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart function assessment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the serum levels of IL-1,IL-6 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Wenxin Granules and Amiodarone can improve the treatment effect of AF combined with CHF with long RR interval,shorten the long interval,increase LVEF,improve cardiac function and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
