摘　　要：目的 探讨微信随访教育对心脏机械瓣膜置换手术(MHVR)患者华法林服药依从性的影响。方法 采用连续取样法,选取2021年1月至2022年6月在福建某三甲医院行MHVR且术后口服华法林行抗凝治疗的患者。通过数字表法随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组给予常规出院健康教育;实验组在常规出院健康教育基础上实施微信随访教育。比较两组患者出院后第1、3、6个月的服药依从性、血栓/栓塞和出血的发生率。结果 实验组出院后第1、3、6个月的服药依从性均显著高于对照组,而血栓/栓塞和出血的发生率均较对照组低。结论 微信随访教育可有效提高MHVR患者服药依从性,并在一定程度上减少血栓/栓塞、出血等抗凝并发症的发生风险。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of WeChat follow-up education on the compliance of warfarin in patients after mechanical heart valve replacement(MHVR).METHODS A continuous sampling method was used to the patients who underwent MHVR and received anticoagulant therapy with oral warfarin in a third-class hospital in Fujian Province from January 2021 to June 2022.Numerical table method was used to randomly divide into control group and experimental group.Routine discharge guidance was given in the control group,and the experimental group was received wechat follow-up education after discharge which in addition to the routine discharge guidance.Medication compliance,incidence of thrombus/embolism and bleeding were compared between the two groups at the 1,3 and 6 months after discharge.RESULTS The medication compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the first month,the third month and the sixth month after discharge,while the incidence of thrombus/embolism and bleeding was decreased compared with the control group.CONCLUSION Wechat follow-up education can effectively improve the medication compliance of patients after MHVR,and reduce the risk of anticoagulant complications such as thrombosis/embolism and bleeding to a certain extent.
