《幼幼集成》治疗解颅诊疗特色探讨

摘　　要：基于《幼幼集成》,从病因病机、类证鉴别、治法方药等方面探析陈复正治疗解颅证的学术思想和临床经验。陈复正把解颅的病因病机归因于先天肾精不足,后天系颅囟闭而复开,为疾病所致;以“宜久服地黄丸,外用封囟法”内外合治为总纲。他尤为重视婴幼儿元气的护持及顾护婴幼儿脾胃,注重药物的炮制,免腻膈损脾之患,在治疗解颅的同时加用附子、鹿茸、乌头等温阳的药物,以之培补元气,滋肾充髓,阴阳同补。Chen Fuzheng's academic thought and clinical experience in treating meopism are discussed and analyzed from the cause and the pathogenesis,the identification of similar syndromes,therapeutic methods,the prescription and traditional Chinese medicine on the foundation of Youyou Jicheng.Professor Chen attributes the cause and pathogenesis of the disease to the deficiency of congenital kidney-essence,postnatal cranial fontanelle closed,and then opening,caused by the disease;"taking Dihuang pills for a long time,external application of seal fontanelle method"is selected as the general principles.He highlights the care of infantile promordial Qi and takes care of the infants'spleen and stomach,focusing on the processing of drugs,avoiding the disease of damaging diaphragm and hurting spleen,he adds warming-yang drugs including Fuzi(Aconiti lateralis radix praeparata),Lurong(Cervi cornu pantotrichum),Wutou(Aconitum carmichaelii Debeaux)to cultivate the promordial Qi,nourish the kidney and fill the marrow,simultaneously invigorate Yin and Yang when he treats infantile metopism.
