中医特色延续性护理联合心理护理对上肢骨折创伤患者生活质量及情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医特色延续性护理联合心理护理对上肢骨折创伤患者生活质量及情绪的影响。方法:选取60例上肢骨折创伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组均实施常规护理,观察组同时施以中医特色延续性护理联合心理护理,比较两组临床疗效、护理满意度,以及炎症反应、负面心理状态、生活质量变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为93.33%(28/30),对照组为73.33%(22/30),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);白细胞介素6、白细胞介素1、肿瘤坏死因子α等相关炎症因子水平干预前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后两组均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分干预后两组均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量相关评分干预后两组均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理总满意度观察组为93.33%(28/30),对照组为73.33%(22/30),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色延续性护理联合心理护理有助于改善上肢骨折创伤患者上肢功能,提升治疗效果,降低患者机体炎症反应,减轻不良情绪,提升生活质量,搞高护理满意度。Objective:To discuss the impacts of TCM-featured continuous nursing in combination with psychological nursing on quality of life and emotion of patients with upper limb fracture and trauma.Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Conventional nursing was performed in both groups,the observation group accepted TCM-featured continuous nursing and psychological nursing,to compare curative effects,nursing satisfaction degrees,inflammatory reaction,negative psychological state and quality of life between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),apparently higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in the levels of the related inflammatory factors including IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-αbefore the intervention between both groups(P>0.05),these levels decreased noticeably in the two groups after the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);SAS and SDS dropped remarkably after the intervention in the two groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life increased in both groups after the intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);total satisfaction degrees of nursing of the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),obviously higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM-featured continuous nursing in combination with psychological nursing could improve the function of upper limb,raise therapeutic effects,reduce the patients'inflammatory reaction,relieve bad moods,lift quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree.
