摘　　要：目的:观察辨证施护对保守治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者病情恢复及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取保守治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者168例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组84例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予辨证施护。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、证候积分、生活质量、临床疗效及护理满意度。结果:干预后观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分、证候积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率[91.67%(77/84)]及护理满意度[95.24%(80/84)]明显高于对照组总有效率[79.76%(67/84)]及护理满意度[84.52%(71/84)](P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护可促进行保守治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者的病情恢复,提高护理满意度和生活质量。Objective:To observe the influence of syndrome differentiation and care on the rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction degree in LDH patients undergoing conservative treatment.Methods:All 168 LDH patients who accepted conservative treatment were selected,allocated to the control group and the observation group using random number table method,84 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group syndrome differentiation and care on the foundation of conventional nursing intervention.To compare pain degree,syndrome integrals,quality of life,clinical effects and nursing satisfaction degrees between both groups.Results:After the intervention,VAS scores and syndrome integrals of the observation group were lower than these of the control group clearly(P<0.05),the scores of quality of life higher than these of the control group obviously(P<0.05),total effective rate and nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group were[91.67%(77/84)]and[95.24%(80/84)],distinctly higher than[79.76%(67/84)]and[84.52%(71/84)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Syndrome differentiation and care could promote the recovery of LDH patients who accepted conservative therapy,raise nursing satisfaction degree and quality of life.
