复方血栓通联合复方樟柳碱对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方血栓通联合复方樟柳碱对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月甘肃省白银爱尔眼科医院收治的78例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各39例。对照组给予复方樟柳碱治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方血栓通治疗。比较两组患者视力水平、黄斑厚度、血流动力学指标水平、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组视力水平高于对照组,黄斑厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速、血流阻力指数高于对照组,搏动指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0131)。结论:给予糖尿病视网膜病变患者复方血栓通联合复方樟柳碱治疗,可促进患者视力恢复,减小黄斑厚度,改善血流动力学指标,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of compound Xueshuantong combined with compound anisodine in the patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 78 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Aier Eye Hospital·Baiyin from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound anisodine,while the observation group was treated with compound Xueshuantong on basis of the control group.The patient's visual acuity,macular thickness,hemodynamic indexes and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the macular thickness in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity and flow resistance index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the pulsatility index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0131).Conclusion:The treatment of compound Xueshuantong combined with compound anisodine in patients with diabetic retinopathy can promote the patient's visual acuity recovery,reduce macular thickness,improve hemodynamic indexes,and improve treatment effect.
