单侧经皮椎体球囊扩张后凸成形术治疗高龄骨质疏松椎体骨折患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨单侧经皮椎体球囊扩张后凸成形术(PKP)治疗高龄骨质疏松椎体骨折患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年10月东阳市横店医院收治的40例高龄骨质疏松椎体骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各20例。对照组行经皮椎体成形术治疗,试验组行单侧PKP治疗。比较两组患者疼痛情况、椎体前缘高度、手术相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,椎体前缘高度均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者VAS评分低于对照组,椎体前缘高度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间短于对照组,骨水泥注入剂量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者采用单侧PKP治疗,能够减轻其术后疼痛程度,促进椎体前缘高度恢复,降低并发症发生率,缩短手术时间。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of unilateral percutaneous balloon dilatation kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture.Methods:A total of 40 elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture admitted to Dongyang Hengdian Hospital from August 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty,and the experimental group was treated with unilateral PKP.The pain status,anterior vertebral height,operation-related indicators,and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the two groups decreased,and the anterior vertebral height increased,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The VAS score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the anterior vertebral height in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the injection dose of bone cement in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Unilateral PKP in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture can reduce the postoperative pain level,promote the recovery of the anterior vertebral height,reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the operation time.
