摘  要:目的:探讨不同浓度氯化钠溶液雾化吸入诱导排痰在干咳无痰结核病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年6月新疆医科大学第八附属医院结核科收治的110例无痰、少痰疑似结核患者作为研究对象,根据吸入氯化钠溶液浓度的不同,分为0.9%组、5%组、10%组,分别使用0.9%、5%、10%浓度的氯化钠溶液进行氧气雾化吸入诱导排痰。比较三组患者雾化后痰标本合格率、不良反应发生情况。结果:5%组、10%组痰标本合格率高于0.9%组,10%组痰标志合格率高于5%组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);0.9%组无痰率高于5%组、10%组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5%组、10%组不良反应发生率高于0.9%组,但三组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雾化吸入高浓度氯化钠溶液,可显著提高干咳无痰的结核病患者痰标本采样成功及合格率,但高浓度的氯化钠溶液可能会引起不良反应症状的发生,可以进一步规范诱导排痰的操作技术流程尽量降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of different concentrations of sodium chloride solution atomization inhalation on inducing sputum excretion in patients with dry cough and sputum-free tuberculosis.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2021,110 suspected tuberculosis patients with no sputum or less sputum who were admitted to Department of Tuberculosis,the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the study subjects.According to the concentration of inhaled sodium chloride solution,they were divided into 0.9%group,5%group,and 10%group.Sodium chloride solution at 0.9%,5%,and 10%concentrations was used for oxygen atomization inhalation to induce sputum excretion,respectively.The qualified rate of sputum samples and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups of patients after atomization.Results:The qualified rate of sputum samples in the 5%group and 10%group was higher than that in the 0.9%group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The sputum free rate in the 0.9%group was higher than that in the 5%group and 10%group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the 5%group and 10%group was higher than that in the 0.9%group,however,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:High-concentration sodium chloride solution atomization inhalation can significantly increase the success rate and qualification rate of sputum sampling in tuberculosis patients with dry cough and no sputum.However,high-concentration sodium chloride solution may induce adverse reaction symptoms.It is suggested to further standardize the operation technical process of induced sputum excretion to minimize the incidence of adverse reactions.
