强化护理在跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定术后的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨强化护理在跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定术后的应用效果。方法:选取2019年11月—2021年2月于红安县人民医院接受跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定术治疗的76例患者作为研究对象,通过单双号分组法分为试验组与对照组,各38例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予强化护理。比较两组护理优良率、疼痛程度、下肢运动功能。结果:试验组护理优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0299)。护理前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分均低于护理前,且试验组低于对照组;FMA评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0000)。结论:跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定术后配合强化护理干预可以显著提升护理效果,改善患者运动功能,缓解疼痛症状。Objective:To explore the application effect of intensive nursing after open reduction and plate internal fixation of calcaneal fractures.Methods:From November 2019 to February 2021,76 patients who underwent open reduction and plate internal fixation of calcaneal fractures in Hong'an County People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by the method of single and double number grouping,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the experimental group was given intensive nursing.The excellent and good nursing rate,pain level,and lower limb motor function of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good nursing rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0299).Before nursing,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores(P>0.05).After nursing,the VAS scores in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group;the FMA score in two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0000).Conclusion:After open reduction and plate internal fixation of calcaneal fractures,the combined intensive nursing intervention can significantly enhance the nursing effect,improve the motor function of patients,and relieve pain symptoms.
