电生理护理在前列腺电切术后暂时性尿失禁中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨电生理护理在前列腺电切术后暂时性尿失禁中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年8月于南京市高淳人民医院泌尿外科行前列腺电切术的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用电生理护理,比较两组尿失禁情况、护理满意度。结果:观察组尿失禁发生率低于对照组,尿失禁持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:电生理护理能提高前列腺电切术后暂时性尿失禁的疗效,缓解患者术后暂时性尿失禁的情况,提高恢复效率及护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of electrophysiology nursing on temporary urinary incontinence after prostate electrocision.Methods:From August 2021 to August 2022,60 patients undergoing prostate electrocision in Department of Urology Surgery of Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given electrophysiology nursing on the basis of the control group.The urinary incontinence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of urinary incontinence in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Electrophysiology nursing can improve the curative effect of temporary urinary incontinence after prostate electrocision,relieve the temporary urinary incontinence of patients after operation,and improve the recovery efficiency and nursing satisfaction.
