摘　　要：采用地区经济增长目标和灯光亮度数据,测度地区增长目标与真实经济禀赋之间的契合程度,研究增长目标契合对企业技能人才结构的影响。研究发现,经济发展目标契合显著促进了域内企业的技能人才结构优化。机制检验表明,增长目标契合可以在提高企业投资质量,增加技能人才雇佣需求的同时,向企业传递正常经营发展信号,促使其改善雇员激励体系,进而优化企业人力资本结构。进一步研究发现,前述优化作用在高附加值行业和经济发展理念转变为高质量发展后更为明显,并且技能人才结构优化后企业的技术创新水平和生产效率均得到提升。Using regional economic growth goals and light intensity data,this paper measured the alignment degree between regional growth goals and real economic endowment,and studied the impact of growth target alignment on the structure of skilled talents in enterprises.The study found that growth target alignment significantly promoted the optimization of the skilled talent structure in enterprises.Mechanism test showed that growth target alignment could improve the investment quality of enterprises,and increase the employment demand of skilled talents.Then,growth target alignment could transmit the signal of normal operation and development to enterprises at the same time,and promote them to improve employee incentive system,followed by the optimization of enterprise human capital structure.Further study found that the aforementioned optimization effect was more pronounced in high value-added industries and after the transition of economic development concept to a high-quality development.Moreover,based on the optimization of skilled talents structure,both technological innovation level and productivity of enterprises have improved.
