摘 要:目前关于高校体弱学生的大学体育课的上课内容一直都没有统一规定,大多数学校都是根据实际情况自行选择的,且项目以民族传统项目居多,但体弱学生上课的运动强度和运动量是有区别的。该文以三亚某高校51名体弱学生为实验对象,对他们进行为16周,每周2次,每次1h的健身气功八段锦练习干预,对比分析在整个干预周期前后受试者的身体形态、生理机能、身体素质和心理健康等相关指标的变化。结果表明,高校体弱学生通过练习健身气功八段锦,可以有效改善他们的心理健康水平和心血管系统及呼吸系统的机能水平,同时也可以有效提高高校体弱学生的身体素质,从而提高他们的身心健康水平。At present,there is no uniform regulation on the content of college physical education classes for weak students in colleges and universities,most schools choose their own courses according to the actual situation,and the projects are mostly ethnic and traditional ones,but the intensity and amount of exercise of weak students in class are different.This paper took 51 weak students from a university in Sanya as experimental subjects,and carried out the Health Qigong Baduanjin exercise intervention for them for 16 weeks,twice a week and one hour each time,and compared and analyzed the changes of related indexes such as subjects'body shape,physiological function,physical fitness and mental health before and after the whole intervention period.The results showed that weak college students could effectively improve their mental health level and the function level of the cardiovascular system and respiratory system by exercising Health Qigong Baduanjin,and could also effectively improve their physical quality,so as to improve their physical and mental health level.
