新时期科技体育传统项目定向运动的推广研究——以兰州理工大学为例

摘　　要：定向运动教学研究方向应该成为高等教育院校体育课程教学的重要组成部分。它是将体育课程与人们赖以生存的自然环境融入一起,培养学生的协作精神、团队意识、创新思维、地图地理知识、野外及特殊自然环境生存能力,提高学生身心健康及迅速适应多元化复杂环境的综合能力。该文针对高等教育院校目前体育课教学中存在的不足之处,依照新课程改革要求提出教研推广方向,提出有效突破传统体育教学体系,合理利用自然资源,打造有个性、有特色的定向运动课程及推广的方法。同时,通过定向运动课程教学实践,促进高校体育教学的拓展,增强高校办学特色,使学生从体能增强,到对自然环境的认知、融入、应对等方面全面发展,为有效开展和普及定向运动教学方向提供可行性分析和推广策略。The teaching and research direction of orienteering should become an important part of PE teaching in higher education institutions.It integrates PE courses with the natural environment on which we live,cultivates the spirit of cooperation,team consciousness,innovative thinking,rich knowledge of maps and geography and the viability in the wild and special natural environments of students,and improve students'physical and mental health and their comprehensive ability to quickly adapt to diversified and complex environments.Aiming at the shortcomings in the current PE teaching in higher education institutions,this article puts forward the teaching and research promotion direction according to requirements of the new curriculum reform,and proposes methods to effectively break through the traditional PE teaching system,make rational use of natural resources,and create personalized and characteristic orienteering courses and promotion.At the same time,through the teaching practice of orienteering courses,it is necessary to promote the expansion of PE teaching in colleges anduniversities,enhance the characteristics of colleges and universities,enable students to develop comprehensively from improving their physical fitness to recognizing,integrating and coping with the natural environment,so as to provide feasible analysis and promotion strategies for the effective development and popularization of the teaching direction of orienteering.
