摘　　要：体教融合背景下,通过对山东省当前蹦床项目开展现状进行了解与分析,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法,探讨当前山东省蹦床项目后备人才培养体系存在的问题,并提出:转变观念认知,提高人才储备总量;完善竞赛体系,打破机制壁垒;拓宽人才培养渠道,缓解学训矛盾;实现资源优势互补,促进师资团队建设;完善政策体系,多渠道筹集资金等优化策略。Under the background of sports-education integration,through the understanding and analysis of the current situation of the development of the trampoline event in Shandong province,this paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to discuss problems existing in the current talent cultivation system for trampoline events in Shandong Province,and put forward optimization strategies:Changing concepts and cognitive to increase the total talent pool,perfecting the competition system to break down institutional barriers,broadening channels of talent training to alleviate the contradiction between learning and training,realizing complementary resource advantages to promote the construction of teachers'team,and improving the policy system to raise funds through multiple channels.
