摘　　要：为传承与弘扬红色精神,以民族精神、理想信念、核心价值观等为基础深入挖掘红色精神融入体育科研方法课程思政的价值意蕴,立足教师、学生、学校3个层面,总结红色精神融入体育科研方法课程思政的现实困境,进而探讨红色精神融入体育科研方法课程思政的可实现路径,即创新教学模式,构建课程思政教学体系;以立德树人为根本任务,借助互联网技术实现教育共情;聚焦精神引领,积极建设红色主题活动,旨在为推动体育科研方法课程思政建设提供借鉴。In order to inherit and carry forward the red spirit,based on the national spirit,ideals and beliefs,core values,etc.,we should deeply explore the value implication of integrating the red spirit into Research Methodology in Sport Science on the ideological and political dimension,summarize the practical dilemma of integrating the red spirit into Research Methodology in Sport Science on the ideological and political dimension based on three levels of teachers,students and schools,and then explore the realizable path of integrating the red spirit into Research Methodology in Sport Science on the ideological and political dimension.That is,innovate the teaching mode and construct the teaching system of curriculum on the ideological and political dimension,take moral education as the fundamental task and realize educational empathy with the help of Internet technology,and focus on spiritual guidance and actively build red theme activities.The purpose is to provide reference for promoting the construction of Research Methodology in Sport Science on the ideological and political dimension.
