摘　　要：介绍了一套国产片碱生产装置的工艺流程及操作控制要点,针对该装置在运行中出现的问题提出了相应的改进措施。The process flow and operational control points of a domestic flake alkali production unit was introduced.Corresponding improvement measures were proposed in order to solve the problems that occurred during the operation of the unit.
