摘 要:为研究大气辉光等离子体处理参数与涤棉起绒针织面料起绒面毛羽抽拔力的关系,采用不同等离子体处理电功率和处理时间分别对涤棉起绒针织面料起绒面进行处理,并测试各种参数条件下织物起绒面毛羽的抽拔力。结果表明:涤棉起绒针织面料起绒面的毛羽抽拔力与等离子体处理电功率和处理时间都具有一定的相关性;等离子体处理时间相同时,随着等离子体处理电功率增大,起绒面毛羽的抽拔力呈现先增大后减小的趋势;等离子体处理电功率相同时,延长等离子体处理时间,起绒面毛羽的抽拔力减小;在等离子体处理电功率为1kW、处理时间为15s时,织物起绒面的毛羽抽拔力最大,相比于未处理织物起绒面的毛羽抽拔力提高了114.1%。In order to study the relationship between atmospheric-pressure glow plasma treatment parameters and the withdraw force of hairiness of polyester-cotton fleece knitted fabrics,the fleece surface of polyester-cotton fleece knitted fabrics is treated with different plasma treatment electric power and treatment time,respectively.And the withdraw force of the fleece-surface hairiness of the fabrics is tested under various plasma process parameters.The results show that the withdraw force of the fleece-surface hairiness of the polyester-cotton fleece knitted fabrics has a certain correlation with the electric power and treatment time of the plasma treatment.When the plasma treatment time is the same,with the increase of the electric power of the plasma treatment,the withdraw force of the fleece-surface hairiness first increases and then decreases.When the electric power of the plasma treatment is the same,the withdraw force of the fleece-surface hairiness in the fabrics increases with the increase of the plasma treatment time.When the electric power of plasma treatment is 1 kW and the treatment time is 15 s,the withdraw force of the fleece-surface hairiness of the fabric is the largest,which is 114.1%higher compared with the fleece fiber oftheuntreated fabrics.
