摘 要:针对航天服承压赋形面料的功能与性能需求,基于芳纶1313与杂环芳纶长丝,设计了一种双层组织面料,实现面料的高强力和低伸长性能。通过力学性能测试,并采用Texgen软件建立织物结构模型,利用Abaqus软件对织物组织承受拉伸力与撕裂力的过程进行有限元模拟,对面料设计与测试结果进行分析与验证。结果表明:双层组织面料设计能够满足航天服内部承压与外环境综合应用的需求;力学蠕变性能测试显示,在航天服充泄压的条件下,面料的力学性能与结构稳定性能够满足长期使用要求。Aiming at the functional and performance requirements of pressure-containing shaped fabrics for spacesuits,based on aramid 1313 and heterocyclic aramid filaments,a double-layered structured fabric is designed to achieve high strength and low elongation properties of the fabric.Through mechanical property testing,and using Texgen software to establish a fabric structure model,using Abaqus software to conduct finite element simulation of the fabric structure under tensile and tear forces,the fabric design and test results are analyzed and verified.The results show that the design of double layer tissue fabric can meet the requirements of integrated application of internal pressure and external environment of spacesuits.The mechanical creep performance test shows that the mechanical properties and structural stability of the fabric can meet the long-term use requirements under the pressure charging and discharging conditions of spacesuits.
