摘 要:以火龙果果皮废弃物为原料,乙醇/水混合体系为溶剂,采用常规浸提工艺对其进行色素提取。通过控制变量法探究了乙醇浓度、温度、时间、pH值对色素提取效果的影响。采用预媒法对蚕丝织物进行染色,测试了K/S值和抗菌性能。结果表明:火龙果色素的最大吸收波长为540nm,最佳提取工艺为乙醇:水=1:4,pH值为4,温度为40℃,时间为1.5h;最佳染色工艺为料液比1:5,染色温度85℃,媒染剂质量分数2%;媒染蚕丝织物对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为36%、44%,高于未经媒染的蚕丝织物(28%、38%)。Using pitaya peel waste as raw material,ethanol/water mixed system as solvent,the pigment is extracted by conventional extraction process.The effects of ethanol concentration,time,temperature,pH on pigment extraction are studied by controlling variables.The silk fabric is then dyed with pitaya pigment by pre-mordant method,and K/S value and antibacterial property are tested.The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of pitaya pigment is 540 nm,the optimum extraction process is extrating at 40℃ for 1.5 h with ethanol to water of 1:4 and pH value of 4.The optimum dyeing process is as follows:the ratio of material to liquid is 1:5,dyeing at 85℃ with mordant of 2%.The antibacterial rates of silk mordant dyeings against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus are 36%and 44%,respectively,higher than those of undyed silk fabrics(28%and 38%).
