摘　　要：“十四五”时期,危旧建筑及简易楼房的改造问题成为城市存量更新工作的重点。本文梳理了传统更新改造模式中存在的矛盾,以可持续发展为目的,探讨了“更新”“延续”的意义和关系。在更新·延续的思想下从城市规划层面、建筑设计层面、项目管理层面3个维度提出了改建策略。以光明楼小区17号楼改建试点项目为例探索创新的改建模式,为后续的老旧楼房改造提供可操作、可落地、可复制的思路方法。During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,how to solve the problem of dilapidated and improvised buildings has become the focus of urban renewal efforts.This paper compares the contradictions in traditional renovation models and discusses the meaning and relationship between"renewal"and"reservation"with the aim of sustainable development.Under the idea of renewal and reservation,the paper proposes a redevelopment strategy from three perspectives:the urban level,the architectural level and the management level.It also takes the pilot project of the renovation of No.17 Guangming Building as an example to explore a new model of renovation for subsequent renovation of dilapidated buildings.
