摘　　要：北京新动力金融科技中心位于北京市西城区,前身是2004年建成的动物园公交枢纽,当时采用立体的交通模式解决了用地与环境问题,地下衔接地铁站与动物园地下通道,首层架空作为公交场站,地上2~9层进行商业开发。由于彼时市场需要,原设计的高端商业变为“小商品批发市场”,与周边建筑一同构成了名噪一时的“动批”。The New Actuation Fintech Centreis located in Xicheng District,Beijing,The building was originally built as BeijingZoo Bus Hub in 2004.At that time,the three-dimensional transportation model was adopted to solve the land use and environmental problems.The underground connected the subway station and the zoo underpass,the ground foor was used as an overhead bus station,and the first to eighth floors above ground were used for commercial development.Due to the demand of the market at that time,the original design of the highend business was changed into a"wholesale market for small goods",which together with the surrounding buildings formed the famous"Zoo Wholesale Market".
