摘　　要：北人厂区地处通州老城区,前身是北京锻压机床厂,见证了通州及北京工业70年的发展变迁。为全面推动城市副中心建设,北京市委市政府研究决策以北人厂区整体改造为试点,促进老城区更新,建设集政务服务、市民服务、文化创意为一体的综合园区,成为政府引领、企业实施、上下结合推动老工业区升级改造的范例。The Beiren Factory,located in the old town of Tongzhou,Beijing,formerly known as the Beijing Forging Press and Machine Tool Factory,has witnessed the development and changes of Tongzhou and Beijing's industry for the past 70 years.In order to comprehensively promote the construction of the urban subcentre,the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government decided to take the overall transformation of the Beiren Factory as a pilot project to promote the renovation of the old town area and build a comprehensive park integrating government services,citizen services,and cultural creativity.
