摘　　要：首创郎园是北京市大型国有企业——首创集团旗下一个以城市更新为主业的文化产业园区运营品牌。城市更新不仅是建筑和空间的更新,更是人群、文化,甚至商业逻辑的更新。已成熟运营13年的郎园Vintage和近两年备受关注的郎园Station是首创郎园独有运营模式的集中体现。“郎园模式”的独特之处体现在5个方面.Lang Yuan is a cultural industry park operating brand of Capital Group,a large state-owned enterprise in Beijing,with urban regeneration as its mainbusiness.Urban regeneration is not only the renewal of buildings and spaces,but also of people,culture and even business logic.Lang Yuan Vintage,which has been inoperationfor13years,and LangYuan Station,which has attracted much attention in the last two years,are the centralised embodiment of the unique operation model of Lang Yuan.The uniqueness of the"Lang Yuan model"is reflected in five aspects.
