摘 要:通过对一个缩尺比例为1∶3的单跨四层半刚性钢框架-密肋网格防屈曲钢板剪力墙的振动台试验研究,并借助数值分析模型,分析了剪力墙的破坏历程、试验模型的振型、结构阻尼比以及刚度的退化规律。研究结果表明:密肋防屈曲支撑可提供较好的支撑作用,避免钢板剪力墙出现整体剪切屈曲;部分网格内钢板形成独立的拉力场,且各网格拉力场逐渐扩展,形成一条贯穿剪力墙的拉力带;直至经历9度罕遇地震作用,结构的侧向刚度未出现明显的退化,与处于初始状态的试验模型相比,降幅为18.95%;结构的塑性发展充分,阻尼比增幅接近1倍。通过对密肋防屈曲刚度的分析,提出了防屈曲约束刚度的计算参考公式。Through the shaking table test of a single span four-story semi-rigid frame with buckling-restrained multi-stiffened low yield point steel plate shear walls(SF-BRL-SPSW)with a scale of 1:3,and with the help of the numerical analysis model,the failure process of the shear wall,the vibration mode of the test model,the damping ratio of the structure and the regression law of the stiffness are analyzed.The results show that,the buckling-restrained multi-stiffened can provide better support and avoid the overall shear buckling of the steel plate shear wall.The steel plates in part of the grid form independent tension fields,and gradually expand to form a tension belt that runs through the shear wall.Compared with the experimental model in the initial state,the lateral stiffness is degraded gradually with the increase of earthquake excitation,and the decrease is only 18.95%under rare earthquake level of 9 degree fortification intensity.The plasticity deformation of the structure is fully developed,and the increase of the damping ratio is nearly doubled.And based on the analysis of the stiffness of buckling-restrained multi-stiffened,a reference formula for the calculation of multi-stiffened restrained stiffness is proposed.
