摘 要:随着风电、光伏发电装机规模的大幅增加,其消纳成为难点,利用已建梯级水电站增建储能泵站,是提高新能源消纳水平的有效方式之一。科学确定储能泵站装机规模是流域梯级水电再开发的首要问题。为此,本文以黄河上游的龙羊峡-拉西瓦储能泵站规划为研究实例,构建了水风光储多能互补联合优化调度模型,探讨了拉西瓦水库日初水位、流域综合利用流量对该储能泵站运行功率的影响,提出了计算储能泵站规模的方法。结果表明,拉西瓦水库日初水位对储能泵站平均运行功率的影响不明显;储能泵站平均运行功率随着综合利用流量变大,呈减小趋势;结合流域多年综合利用流量的实际情况,建议龙羊峡—拉西瓦储能泵站装机容量为78万kW,机组为纯抽水蓄能机组。With the large increase of installed scale of wind and photovoltaic power,its dissipation becomes difficult.Using cascade hydropower stations to build energy storage pump stations is one of the effective ways to improve the level of new energy dissipation.To scientifically determine the installed scale of energy storage pump station is the most important issue in the redevelopment of cascade hydropower in the catchment.Therefore,this paper takes Longyangxia-Laxiwa energy storage pump station planning in the upper reaches of the Yellow River as an example,builds a waterwind-photovoltaic-storage multi-energy complementary optimization dispatching model,discusses the impact of the initial water level of Laxiwa Reservoir and comprehensive utilization flow of the river basin on the operating power of the energy storage pump station,and puts forward a method for calculating the scale of the energy storage pump station.The results show that the influence of initial water level of Laxiwa Reservoir on average operating power of energy storage pump station is not obvious.The average operating power of storage pump station decreases with the increase of comprehensive utilization flow rate.Based on the actual situation of comprehensive utilization flow for many years in the catchment,it is recommended that the installed capacity of Longyangxia-Laxiwa energy storage pump station is 780 MW and the unit is a pure pumped storage unit.
