摘 要:背靠背启动模式是抽水蓄能电站机组抽水调相启动的唯一备用手段,宜兴抽水蓄能电站自投运以来,机组背靠背启动一直存在超时和低频过流等问题导致启动成功率较低。本文针对机组背靠背启动故障开展了完整的现场对比试验,通过数据分析和主因诊断,探明了启动故障的原因,并进一步通过优化试验验证该诊断结论,优化拖动机导叶开启规律和拖动机/被拖动机励磁电流能有效提高宜兴抽蓄机组的背靠背启动成功率。The back-to-back startup mode is the only backup method for pumping and phase modulation startup of Pumped Storage Power Station unit.Since Yixing pumped storage Power Station was put into operation,there have been problems such as timeout and out-of-step during the back-to-back start-up process of the unit.related with results of low start-up success rate.Focused on back-to-back start-up failure of the start-up,this paper designs a completed test plan regarding field test,at same time,based on the data analysis and main cause diagnosis,the cause of the startup failure was discovered,and the diagnosis conclusion is further verified by the optimized test that the success rate of back-toback startup could be improved efficiently by optimizing guide vane opening method of Generator and excitation current of Generator/pump.
