摘  要:针对运维期水电与抽水蓄能电站技术监督过程中发现的压力容器及其安全附件的管理、电站不锈钢管路的无损检测以及转轮缺陷清除和修复管理等典型问题,提出对应的应对措施。应加强安全阀的校验管理,对于含缺陷以及达到设计使用年限的压力容器,可开展合于使用评价。不锈钢管路的无损检测可针对性地对重点焊缝进行监测,技术监督的重点可放到基建期的安装质量控制阶段。转轮的缺陷清除和修复需有完整科学的清除和修复方案。For the typical problems of the technical supervision in hydropower and pumped storage power stations during the operation and maintenance period,such the management of pressure vessels and their safety accessories,nondestructive testing of stainless steel pipelines and the removal and repair management of the defects of runner,the corresponding measurements were adopted.The safety valve calibration management should be promoted.The pressure vessel with defects or has been to the design service life can be used the develop suitable evaluation rule.The stainless steel pipe nondestrcutive testing can be just carried out for certain main welding,and the technical supervision in construction period of the installation quality control should be focused on.The defects removal and repair of the runner defects should be with complete and scientific scheme.
