浅析抽水蓄能电站水压变化对球阀检修密封机械锁锭装置的影响

摘　　要：针对由于压力突变引起活门变形回弹给球阀机械锁锭销及斜楔造成损伤的问题,通过理论计算的方法比较在水力过渡过程事故工况下活门在受水压变形后引起的锁锭销及斜楔的受力与锁锭销及斜楔强度值的大小,通过比值在一定程度上反映锁锭销及斜楔遇到极端受力时是否仍然符合材料力学性能要求,从而判断设备是否会引起损坏,给抽水蓄能电站球阀检修密封机械锁锭装置设计及现场运维工作提供一点借鉴意义。In view of the damage of mechanical locking pin and Wedge of ball valve caused by the spring back of valve deformation caused by sudden change of pressure,in this paper,the force on the locking pin and the inclined wedge caused by the deformation of the valve under the hydraulic pressure and the strength of the locking pin and the inclined wedge are compared by the method of theoretical calculation,to a certain extent,the ratio reflects whether the locking pin and the wedge still meet the requirements of the material mechanical properties when they meet the extreme force,thus judging whether the device will cause damage,it provides a reference for the design and field operation and maintenance of the mechanical locking device for the inspection and repair of the pumped-storage hydroelectricity.
