摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着中国工业化、城市化、现代化进程加快,少数民族人口在大规模城市流动过程中分享经济社会发展成果,同时也面临“三个不适应”,即城市少数民族流动人口对城市生活的不适应,城市居民对城市少数民族流动人口某些生活和行为方式的不适应,以及城市少数民族流动人口对城市管理机制的不适应。通过实地调查,深入分析“三个不适应”的具体表现形式及产生的原因,结合城市民族工作出现的新特点和新趋势,探索新时期逐步消除城市少数民族流动人口“三个不适应”的新路径。Since the reform and opening-up,with the acceleration of China’s industrialization,urbanization,and modernization,ethnic minority people have shared the achievements of economic and social development in the large-scale urban flow.However,they also face the problems of“three incongruities”:the incongruity of urban ethnic minority migrants to urban life,the incongruity of urban residents to certain lifestyles and behaviors of urban ethnic minority migrants,and the incongruity of urban ethnic minority migrants to the urban management mechanism.Through field investigation and in-depth analysis of the specific manifestations and causes of the“three incongruities”,and analysis of the new characteristics and trends of urban ethnic work,a new path is explored in the new era to gradually eliminate the“three incongruities”of urban ethnic minority migrants.
