摘  要:钕铁硼磁体不断应用于高新领域,给中国稀土永磁产业提供了更广阔的发展空间。但稀土镨钕大量消耗,共伴生的镧、铈等高丰度稀土元素却大量堆积。研究发现,镧、铈、钇等高丰度稀土磁体能部分替代钕铁硼磁体,不仅减少镨钕的消耗,而且将稀土资源平衡利用。鉴于高丰度稀土磁体磁性能低而不能直接应用到实际生活中的原因,科研工作者展开一系列研究。结果表明:用低成本晶界渗透技术能进一步提高高丰度稀土磁体的磁性能。一方面,能尽量多使用高丰度稀土,且少使用中重稀土;另一方面,过多使用高丰度稀土元素渗透,对磁体剩磁影响不大,利于优化磁体综合磁性能。本文主要介绍晶界渗透纳米晶和微米晶高丰度稀土永磁体的研究现状。Nd-Fe-B magnets have been widely used in high and modern fields,which promotes the development of rare earth permanent magnetic industries in China.However,it results in excessive consumption of praseodymium and neodymium and the concomitant high-abundance rare earth elements have been overstocked,such as lanthanum(La),cerium(Ce).Researches show that the high-abundance rare earth permanent magnets prepared by La,Ce and yttrium(Y)can be potential alternatives of Nd-Fe-B magnets,so that the resource of praseodymium and neodymium can be saved.Simultaneously,the precious rare earth resources are balanced and effectively utilized.Considering the low magnetic properties of high-abundance rare earth magnets and their practical application in our life,a series of studies was carried out by researchers.The results show that the magnetic properties of high-abundance rare earth magnets can be further improved by grain boundary penetration technology,of which the cost is lower.On the one hand,high-abundance rare earth resources can be used as much as possible,and medium/heavy rare earth resources can be used less.On the other hand,the remanence of magnets will not be abnormal decreased by penetrating excessive high-abundance rare earth elements,which can optimize their overall magnetic properties.This article summarizes the recent researches on high-abundance rare earth permanent magnets with nano-sized and micro-sized grains after grain boundary penetration.
