摘  要:赤泥作为Al2O3生产过程中的固体废弃物,含有大量有价金属元素。但绝大部分赤泥被丢弃于堆场中,资源综合利用率较低,不仅造成资源的浪费,同时还存在污染环境以及各种安全隐患。随着绿色可持续发展理念不断深入,赤泥中有价金属资源综合利用成为研究热点。文章系统综述了赤泥中钪、铝、钛、铁等有价金属回收利用方法和工艺路线的研究现状,同时从生产成本、能源消耗、生产处理效率、环保及反应机理等角度深入对比不同方法存在的优势和弊端,在此基础上展望了未来赤泥中有价金属综合利用发展的方向。为更好推动赤泥综合利用提供借鉴。As a solid waste in the alumina production process,red mud contains a large amount of valuable metal elements.However,most of the red mud is discarded in the storage yard,and the comprehensive utilization rate of resources is low,which not only causes a waste of resources,but also has problems such as environmental pollution and safety hazards.With the continuous deepening of the concept of green sustainable development,the comprehensive utilization of valuable metal resources in red mud becomes a research hotspot.The article systematically reviews the research status of the recycling methods and process routes of valuable metals such as scandium,aluminum,titanium and iron in red mud.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are compared from the perspectives of production cost,energy consumption,production and treatment efficiency,environmental protection and reaction mechanism,and on this basis,the future development direction of the comprehensive utilization of valuable metals in red mud is prospected.This article provides a reference for better promoting the comprehensive utilization of red mud.
