摘 要:环烷酸-N235体系用于Y的萃取分离,可避免氨氮废水的产生。采用组成为20%环烷酸-35%混合醇-40%N235-5%煤油的体系萃取Y时,Y萃取率随相比的增大而增加,相比达到7∶1时,Y的单级萃取率可达95%以上;相比高于3∶1时,分相时间较长。环烷酸-N235体系从含15种稀土元素的料液中分离Y可以通过两步完成,第一步是将Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd与中重稀土分离,第二步是将Y与La,Ce,Pr,Nd分离。串级萃取模拟计算结果表明,经过5级萃取和5级洗涤,可以实现第一步分离;再经过12级萃取和21级洗涤,可以实现第二步分离,在有机相出口获得高纯度Y(99.99%)。负载Y的环烷酸-N235萃取体系有机相可用2.5 mol·L^(-1) HCl进行反萃。Extraction of yttrium by naphthenic acid-N235 system can prevent the production of waste water containing ammonia-nitrogen.When using system of 20%naphthenic acid-35%alcohols-40%N235-5%kerosene as the extractant,the extraction efficiency of yttrium increases with the increase of the phase ratio and increases to 95%or above at the phase ratio of 7∶1.The phase separation time is quite long when the phase ratio is higher than 3∶1.The separation of yttrium from solutions containing 15 kinds of rare earth elements can be obtained via two steps.Firstly,the solution is subjected to LaCePrNdY/Sm-Lu grouping separation,and secondly,the raffinate obtained from the first step is subjected to LaCePrNd/Y separation.Results from the simulated computation using theory of counter current extraction show that the first step can be realized through five-stage extraction and five-stage scrubbing,and the second step can be realized through twelve-stage extraction and twenty one-stage scrubbing,and the high purity yttrium can be obtained at the exit of the organic phase.The yttriumloaded organic phase can be stripped with 2.5 mol·L^(-1) hydrochloric acid solution.
