摘　　要：面料设计以小麦蛋白纤维与棉纤维混纺作为经纬纱,通过改变经纬纱捻向并按一定规律排列,搭配缎纹组织,开发一款缎条风格面料。使用小样设备进行产品开发,可以快速制定整体生产流程及工艺参数,对生产工艺进行优化并形成产品报告,可以为大生产提供工艺依据。The fabric design uses a blend of wheat protein fiber and cotton fiber blended as warp and weft yarn.By changing the warp and weft yarn twist direction and arranging according to certain rules,with satin texture,a kind of imitation satin strip style fabric is developed.The use of sample equipment for product development can quickly develop the overall production process and technological parameters,optimize the production process and form product reports,pro⁃viding technological basis for large-scale production.
