酸性嫩黄与酸性翠蓝拼绿配伍性

摘  要:实际生产中拼绿的常用组合为酸性嫩黄4GL和酸性翠蓝A-G/翠蓝8G,由于两者的上染速率差异太大,布面常出现色花、分层现象。为此,我司研发出酸性嫩黄4GL-01,是酸性嫩黄4GL的升级版产品。主要探究了酸性嫩黄4GL-01和酸性嫩黄4GL主要性能的异同以及用于拼绿时的配伍性问题。结果表明,酸性嫩黄4GL-01与酸性嫩黄4GL主要性能差异不大,而且与酸性翠蓝A-G/翠蓝8G的配伍性更好,有效解决了色花、分层等问题。In actual production,the commonly used combinations for green color matching are acid light yellow 4GL and acid turquoise blue A-G/turquoise blue 8G.Due to the significant difference in dyeing rates between the two,color patterns and layering often occur on the fabric surface.For this reason,our company has developed the acid light yellow 4GL-01,which is an upgraded version of the acid light yellow 4GL product.The similarities and differences in the main performance of acid light yellow 4GL-01 and acid light yellow 4GL,as well as the compatibility issues when used for green color matching were explored.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the main performance between acid light yellow 4GL-01 and acid light yellow 4GL,and the compatibility with acid turquoise blue A-G/turquoise blue 8G was better,effectively solving problems such as color difference and stratification.
