摘  要:以三聚氯氰与间苯二酚为原料,合成3-(2,4-二羟基苯基)-1,3,5-均三嗪抗紫外中间体,再通过3-氨基-1,2,4-三氮唑、对氨基苯磺酸分别重氮化后与H酸单钠盐偶合反应得到2种偶氮类染料母体。将抗紫外中间体与偶氮类染料母体进行缩合反应最终得到2种新型三嗪基偶氮类抗紫外活性染料。对染料染色棉纤维的耐皂洗色牢度和抗紫外线性能进行研究。结果表明:2种新型抗紫外活性染料具有良好的耐皂洗色牢度和抗紫外线性能,抗紫外线防护系数均达到50+级别。Using cyanuric chloride and resorcinol as raw materials,a UV resistant intermediate of 3-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-1,3,5-metriazine was synthesized.After diazotization with 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole and paminobenzenesulfonic acid,two azo dye precursors were obtained by coupling reaction with monosodium salt of H acid.Two novel triazine-based azo reactive UV resistant dyes were obtained by condensation reaction of the UV resistant intermediate with the azo dye matrix.A study was conducted on the soaping color fastness and UV resistance of cotton fibers dyed with dyes.The results showed that the two new UV resistant reactive dyes had good soaping color fastness and UV resistance,with UV protection coefficients reaching 50+level.
