摘　　要：近年来,我国的亚麻行业发展迅速,亚麻织物以独特的吸湿透气和环保、亲肤性受到追捧。同样,近几年数码印花的发展也非常迅速,以个性化定制等优势代替了部分丝网印花。对于亚麻面料的活性直喷数码印花,比如轮廓清晰度和手感等指标,常规的数码印花糊料很难满足客户的要求。通过实验制备出一款亚麻面料数码专用型印花糊料DP-4,对该规格与常规海藻酸钠进行理化指标对比,并比较印花效果。结果表明:DP-4轮廓清晰度和手感等指标均较好,同时得色量优异,是一款非常适合亚麻面料使用的活性数码印花糊料。In recent years,the flax industry in China has developed rapidly.The flax fabric is popular for its unique moisture absorption,breathability and environmental protection,and skin friendliness.Similarly,digital printing has also developed rapidly in recent years,replacing part of screen printing with its advantages of personalized customization.For the reactive direct-injection digital printing of linen fabric,such as contour definition and hand feeling,the conventional digital printing paste is difficult to meet the customer′s requirements.A special digital printing paste DP-4 for linen fabric was obtained through experiments.The physical and chemical indexes of this specification were compared with those of conventional sodium alginate,and the printing effect was compared.The results showed that DP-4 has good contour clarity and hand feeling,and excellent color yield.It is a very suitable reactive digital printing paste for linen fabrics.
